The Infrastructure Code of Practice (“ICOP”) is a non-statutory code that sets out principles and procedures to guide all those involved in negotiating third-party access to oil and gas infrastructure on the United Kingdom Continental Shelf (“UKCS”).
High Level Capacity Information for each of Spirit Energy’s operated assets in the UKCS is publicly available for prospective third-party users to obtain access to current operational and ullage data, in order to make an informed view of infrastructure options in their areas of interest.
